As the title says, this is only about some builds of a sniper that i know and i have used before.

I referred these builds from a 70/70/40 server (ArcanaRO)

Introduction

Snipers are mainly used for hunting. They are easy to level up, Have a good DPS, and Elemental Advantage (arrows). People may think that snipers are “soft” and easy to kill but in reality, it depends. If you are a beginner and still don’t know what class to create, this may be the best one for you. Easy to play with and best for PvM.

[sn1] Falcon Assault

Basically, this build is used for WoE and PvP. Falcon Assault ignores is likely to ‘ignore’ defense and damage is affected by int. Has high hp and defense and can’t be killed easily.

Equipments:

Upper Head: +7 Feather Beret

Middle Head: Sunglasses[1] or Binoculars

Lower Head:

Armor: +4/7 valkyrie’s armor[1] and evil druid card

Left Hand: +4/7 Combat Knife or +10 main gauche and four fabre cards

Right Hand: +7 valkyrie’s shield and thara frog card

Garment: +7 wool scarf and raydric card

Footgear: +7 tidal shoes and green ferus card

Accessory1: rosary[1] and smokie card

Accessory2:

Status this build doesn’t require dex to hit the enemy. have at least 100 vit, make a 70-80 int, some str for pots, traps, and gears for swapping. remaining for dex, or add them to vit, int or str. Those are the main stats. This buld requires you to step on a “Poem of Bragi” because of your low dex.

[sn2] Strafer Build

This class can be used to hunt (PvM), MvP and PvP. Double Strafe is affected by atk and atk can be raised with dex and str. Agi is required to spam DS. If you are a Strafer, you need to take advantage of your enemies’ element, race and size. What do I mean? There are Elemental Arrows/Bows/Cards capable of adding damage against certain monsters. There are also Race Cards and Size Cards.

PvM Equipments:

here, i suggest you use the Cruiser Card set. (cheaper)

Upper Head: Apple of Archer

Middle Head: Binoculars

Lower Head:

Armor: Sniping Suit and anolian card

Left Hand / Right Hand: Composite Bow[4] and cruiser card

Garment: wool scarf and dragon tail card

Footgear: tidal shoes and merman card

Accessory1: gloves[1] and alligator card

Accessory2: gloves[1] and zerom card

*for the composite bow, there are still 3 slots available so you may try to experiment on damage enhancing cards depending on what enemy (race, size, element etc) or cards with special effects.

PvP Equipments:

strafer build is hard to use in pvp. You’ll easily be overpowered by your enemy because of your low defense and hit points. Snipers are very hard to dress up for pvp so you may try experimenting and using your own.

Upper Head: Apple of Archer or Feather Beret

Middle Head: Sunglasses[1] and marduk card

Lower Head:

Armor: sniping suit[1]

Left Hand / Right Hand: composite bow[4] and three hydra cards + skeleton worker card

Garment: wool scarf and raydric card

Footgear: tidal shoes and matyr or verit card

Accessory1: glove[1] and zerom card

Accessory2: glove[1] and zerom card

*there are people who uses elemental armors so silver arrow or oridicon arrow is the best choice here

MvP Equipments:

there are MvPs who uses silence or other annoying status skills. With Two strafer snipers, you can lock the mvp. Sometimes three snipers are needed, depends on the mvp’s movement speed. You should bring SP pots too, or try to bring a professor with you (soul change).

Armor: sniping suit[1] and porcelio card? lol

Left Hand / Right Hand: composite bow [4] and 3 abysmal knight cards + a minorous card

Garment: wool scarf and raydric card

Footgear: tidal shoes and verit card

Accessory1: glove[1] zerom card

Accessory2: glove[1] zerom card

*this may suck, but i tried bloodied shackle ball and shackles combo versus and MvP and dang! it’s effective! I did 12k double strafe against Atroce lol. you may also use cruiser card set here. it’s a lot cheaper :) for me, best card combo to be compounded in your weapon is 2 race cards, one size card and one element card.

Status: agi and dex are the main stat for strafers. if you need sp, spend the remaining points to int but if you want weight (and some addition to atk) put str. be careful in distributing status points. sometimes, you waste them unconciously. When I distribute status points, I always make sure that I used up all of them, 0 remaining.

[sn3] …… Agi, Superfast Sniper or Blitzer

OK. This is my favorite build. Spamming DS is harder than simply clicking once on the enemy lol. YES! I AM LAZY!!! Why is this my favorite class? Because it is more useful in hunting. It doesn’t need sp and has high evasion so less burden when hunting for itamzz. Not just for hunting (pvm), this is also useful for MvP!! I mean MvP lock. Agi snipers can MvP lock mvps ALONE. Whaaa?!! How? I’ll show you. This is my build for 190 aspd sniper! (max aspd hell yeah) This is Without foods. Just Sniper buffs, Blessing and Increase Agi.

Equipments:

Upper Head: ghost bandana or bunny top hat

Middle Head: Sunglasses[1] and nightmare card

Lower Head:

Armor: pantie[1] and ancient mimic card

Left Hand / Right Hand: composite bow[4] / elemental bow[1] / Ixion Wings[1] / orc archer’s bow

Garment: undershirt[1] and bapho jr. card (you may try crest of the rider[1] but it’s expensive)

Footgear: black leather boots[1] and male thiefbug card

Accessory1: vesper core 03 or brooch[1] and kukre card

Accessory2: vesper core 03 or brooch[1] and kukre card

*You will notice that most of these equipments are obtained/generated through socket enchanting but they’re not that hard to get. These Equipments are cheap and this is tested. This works. Party / Guilds hire me when they mvp hunt lol and its very fast when hunting. Just seeing the aspd makes you more excited hahaha

Stats: 99agi, 93dex, 36luk, 11str. or 99agi, 94dex, 36luk, 5str. Of course 99 agi because your an agi type. Dex adds aspd and luk because of the ancient mimic card. Also for blitz. Str? To carry your loots and arrows. Adds up atk too.
