How to distribute stats >
Str = keep this low around 20-30
Agi = this is primary stat for this build so max it out
Vit = not really usable add points here when you can’t add more to Agi and Int
Int = second stat try to keep it high but add only to have full 10x
Dex = you can spend some points in here but only to rise your aspd (Auto Spell can hit even if you miss!)

Stone Curse = 1 or more points in here

You probably think why i use so lame items like Pocket Watch [0] and Monocle [0]. This set of equipment contains 3 item combos and full card combo for Wizard. So basically we get:

Add a 15% resistance against Neutral Property attacks.
Inflict 5% more damage with Napalm Beat.
Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 3 Heal on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.

Inflict 10% more damage with Fire, Cold and Lightning Bolt skill.

MATK + 3%
Reduce Casting Time by 15%.
Maximum SP + 10%
Inflict 5% more damage with Frost Diver skill.

Add a 5% resistance against Neutral Property attacks.
So from those cards and items you get 40% more matk with Bolt spells and other usable addons. Keep in mind that you need to use Auto Spell and Double Cast + Soullink to have that 10-20 bolts at hit. It’s kind of assasin build but for mages with realy scary magic dmg output. For Sorcerer class with all Bless and Food +10 Int you can have 160 Int ^^. My Sorc without most of those equips can kill Anubis in around 3 secs.

bad is bad. no demi resist whatsoever you drop in 2 seconds. Bolting in WoE and pvp is bad enough but you wanna go battlesage? lolwut?
Yes this is pure DD battle sage with defense based on dodge. I know it won’t have a chance with snipers and rangers. But from start I didn’t projected it for pvp.
high refined ledger of death [ dopel, LOD ] is good weapon also :D , along with thorn&bison set
this autospell scholar could kill alot if u soul linked, but trust me u need orc hero card and pala devotion, or u dead in few seconds
This is really nice and good. It is a very unique and fun build.. I really wish RO had more interesting builds than the standard ones everyone plays which are so lame.
i cant imagine how a pure battle sage would kill a player in PvP..

and yes you can use this for pvp as long as you use the right skill like deluge plus + wall of fog
oh and dont forget the web too … do it first then combo
I feel kinda sorry for the guy who wrote this guide – it’s a good guide for PvM purposes in my honest opinion. What saddens me is that most of the people who replied can’t think of anything else but WoE or PvP. There’s more than that to RO in total – stop being so narrow-minded.
Anyways, if I ever think about switching from FS profs to other builds, most likely I’d go with hindsight here. +1 for keeping everything short and simple in this guide – a wall of text would’ve made me fall asleep in the midway. :3
True that most of the responses are from narrow-minded players. Obviously this is not intended for WoE or PVP. I don’t think that the author is stupid enough to have that in mind.
On the side note, yeah it’s already 2012 and i’m still replying. =)

Str = 15 ( to carry equips ) ( recommended “Mistress Card” for unli Gemstone so you dont need to put str to carry gems)
Agi = ( for non auto bolt user dont need Agi )
Int= (Your Damage Get from Int so make it high / high int can be immune to Poem of the Netherworld and others)
Dex= (reduce casting time and a little bit help for magic atk.)
Luk= (PD, immune to freeze status and MATK too)
Vit= (For HP andalso immune to stun..etc
